The Oakland Firefighters Historical Archive is a constantly evolving visual history of the Oakland Fire Department owned and maintained by Local 55. Our collection spans generations, and is comprised of archival photos, historical documents, slides, scanned original film pictures, and digital photos that span our 150+ years of service. We owe a great debt to the professional and amateur photographers that have captured our history-this collection would not be possible without their dedication and diligence!
